What is Nano? Nano is a word that describes objects with a size of only one billionth of a meter, or the length your fingernail grows in one second. The head of a pin is about 1 million nanometers across. You canβt see a nano-sized object with your eye, but you can with special laboratory tools. Scientists have been studying the properties of materials made to be nano-sized and have found interesting things about how these materials behave, in many cases, a lot differently that you would expect. Some of these unique features have a lot of importance in industries such as aerospace, technology, medicine, food and cosmetics.
Why use Nano in your products? You have probably heard that Nano is new and exciting, but why? Materials prepared in nano-sized form tend to be easier to get to places where they need to go: they can mix easier with other things, they can pe*****te deeper, and are close to the size of things that living cells recognize and thrive with. Taking this all together means that substances can be more effective, requiring less material at a lower cost to produce. It lowers the risk of adverse effects and is better for the environment. This is good for the manufacturer and the end-user.
How is Nano manufactured? Depending on the substance different methods are used to make nano-sized products. Generally, you can divide nano into hard and soft nano. Hard nano includes metals like gold, silver, copper, zeolites, and pearl powder. These materials can be collected from the environment, usually in large pieces, and mechanically broken with friction or electric energy until the pieces reach nano-size. Depending on the amount of material that is made, it might be hard to get to the size you need or make a perfect specimen. For some materials, like silver and gold nano-sized materials can also be made chemically starting with dissolved atoms, and doing chemistry to bring them together until a nano-size is reached. This method makes it easier to get the smallest nanosizes, but may require some unpleasant chemicals to keep the pieces from growing further during storage and mixing in a product. Soft nano includes liposomes, emulsions, fat or polymer particles as long as their size is nano. These materials are made by taking advantage of the natural tendency of these molecules to assemble into ordered and layered structures. Conveniently Nature has also made living cells uniquely responsive to these types of materials and similar things are made and used in your body to shuttle food, hormones and other things around to keep you healthy and alive.
Why Intelligent-NanoDelivery? Intelligent NanoDelivery uses a combination of hard and soft nano processing methods to make unique materials with excellent bioavailability, pe*******on, function and stability. By using proprietary mixtures of biologically safe and beneficial materials, we control pe*******on, blending, bioavailability and other important features, avoiding adverse chemical effects. By blending various kinds of nano we can create a cocktail of nutrients similar to what the body would normally make on its own and get them to their destination with minimal waste. Our formulas are excellent ingredients for skin, hair and other body care products, and can be integrated into a clientβs formula or end product with excellent results. Please give our products a try. www.intelligent-nano.com
