NOW HIRING: Inside Sales Representative (Full-Time)

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

This is an in-office position and attendance is mandatory Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:

* Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
* Experience working with construction companies or the construction industry is preferred
* Sales experience is a plus
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient with computers and office software

Responsibilities:

* Assist customers and contractors with product selections and orders
* Build and maintain relationships with construction companies and clients
* Read and interpret blueprints to provide accurate information and estimates
* Generate sales opportunities and follow up on leads
* Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and by email
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
