Brown’s Glass is currently searching for someone to fill the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES ASSOCIATE.
Qualified candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding computer skills. Organization and ability to multitask is required. You must be a self-directed individual, and have the ability to work on your own without constant supervision.
The following are some of the responsibilities of this position:
1. Answering phones and Greeting Customers
2. Helping customers face to face: Answering questions, providing quotes,
placing orders, or processing completed orders for pick-up
3. Processing invoices and payments.
4. Updating Excel spreadsheets.
5. Filing.
6. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
