Hold on a second while we BRAG.

Meet Abraham Peiper, Project EIT — the man who got a noon call about an urgent real estate transaction and helped turn it into a FINALIZED report by 4:30 PM.

Yep. Four and a half hours. From the initial call to the finished report.

Abraham jumped into action, got onsite by 12:30, completed the evaluation, wrote the report, even handled minor revisions, AND got it across the finish line that same afternoon.

There are some moments in business that make you stop, take a breath, and realize just how far you’ve come.

Four consecutive monthly sales records. $150K closed in the first week of October. More than 125 open projects. New locations. New leaders. Big goals. And we’re chasing a goal that has been sitting on the board for nearly two years:

A $250K month.

But the biggest part of this story isn’t the numbers.

It’s faith.

Our President, Caleb, wrote a letter to our clients, team, and advisors about where StructSolve is headed, the challenges that come with this kind of growth, and why he believes we’re just getting started.

We’re chasing a $250K month. Then $500K. Then $1M.

And ultimately, we’re chasing something much bigger:

Becoming the Best Residential Engineering Firm in the Nation.

Apparently, engineers can be a little… averse to change. 😂

And honestly? Fair.

But after trying CRM after CRM, project management system after project management system, we finally had to admit something:

None of them were built for the way WE work.

Multiple locations. Multiple teams. Multiple programs. A whole lot of moving parts. And we were spending way too much time trying to make someone else’s system fit our business.

So we did what engineers do.

We built our own. 😎

Our team developed a CRM system specifically around the way StructSolve operates — from project management to communication to keeping all those moving pieces moving in the right direction.

The result?
