Our Des Moines KCL team stepped away from the office and onto the job site for one of our favorite annual traditions: Habitat for Humanity’s Adopt a Day. 🛠️🏠

Through these collective efforts, GDM Habitat for Humanity Des Moines Habitat for Humanity is working toward an ambitious goal of helping create 50 homes annually and expanding access to safe, affordable housing for local families.

Thank you to everyone who showed up ready to put in the work and represent KCL in our community!

We're not taking credit for anyone's summer bod...
..but we did help create spaces where the AC keeps up with the cardio, the lighting is selfie-approved, and the workouts never miss a beat.

Take a look at a few recently completed Onelife Fitness facilities:
💪 McCalla (Bessemer, AL)
💪 Hamilton Mill (Dacula, GA)
💪 Apex (Apex, NC)

Great projects with great partners @3877.design and Onelife Fitness.

Margaritas and a b**r burro. What more could you ask for?

This week, our Des Moines office transformed into the KCL Cantina, a small way to celebrate and thank the incredible clients, partners, and friends we have the privilege of working alongside every day.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a little fiesta fun. We're grateful for your trust, partnership, and the opportunity to work together on projects that make a difference. And yes, Pedro the b**r burro was every bit as popular as you'd expect.🪇🪅

The East High School Auditorium Renovation was recently featured in the IA Architect Winter 2026 issue and honored with a Merit Award for Preservation.

The recognition gave us an opportunity to revisit the project and share this drone fly-through of the beautifully restored auditorium, highlighting how the design team balanced preserving the space’s historic character with thoughtful modern system upgrades.

Congratulations to DLR Group on the recognition. KCL Engineering is grateful for the partnership on this project.

A big thank-you to everyone who came out to celebrate our move to a bigger office in Tempe. We loved seeing so many familiar faces and having the chance to connect in person.

These are the moments we enjoy most - good conversations, great people, and a chance to open our doors to the community that makes what we do so rewarding.

Our new space gives us more room to keep growing, strengthening partnerships, and continuing to support great work across Arizona.

Oklahoma City, we felt the love ❤️ Our office was full of energy yesterday as we welcomed clients, partners, and friends for an Open house celebration. We’re grateful for the relationships that continue to grow in OKC and excited about what’s ahead. Thanks to everyone who stopped by!

What a night celebrating one year of KCL in ATL! 🎉

We loved connecting with friends and project partners over pizza, pints, and plenty of good company. This growing community fuels our work and inspires us to keep bringing more KCL energy to Atlanta.

We’re celebrating another win— KCL has officially been named a Top Workplace!

This recognition shines a spotlight on what makes us special: our incredible team, our supportive culture, and the way we appreciate one another every day.

On top of that, we were given the Appreciation Award, a special honor recognizing companies that go above and beyond to show gratitude for their employees. We couldn’t be prouder of the workplace we’ve built together.

The KCL team enjoyed the day at the 17th Annual Sporting Clays event, raising funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Iowa.

We’re proud to be part of an event that combines fun, teamwork, and giving back to families in our community.
