Another fun project here at JSM. Started with an idea from a home builder looking for a custom mantel for a mountain home. We designed it with that in mind cut it out of 1/2” plate then had it bent and powder coated before mounting stainless steel to the back to let those mountains pop! Swipe to see all the steps! This was a fun project that we just got back from the powder coater and delivered today. A grill stand for an Argentinian Grill from . We went to our customer measured the grill and designed it in house cut the the sheet metal and tubing in house and even welded it before sending it out to get powder coated. Fun fact is that the top is high temp powder coat rated for 1500 degrees! Here at JSM we can tackle all your fun projects and even your mundane ones!

We’ve had an eventful spring here at JSM! Machinery is all in ( shear, saw, iron worker, and plasma table). Thanks to help from B&B Towing/Gateway Auto LLC for getting the heavy machines in with their incredible wrecker and of course from Harry to help with the Demo!
