Apparently, men of all ages find pure joy in operating heavy equipment. 👏🏼

Corey, Casey, Rob, and Charlie got started moving dirt and preparing to form the driveway at the Simpson garage project this week! Tomorrow they’ll be pouring the concrete! We’re getting closer and closer to a finished garage, and I cannot wait to see how awesome it looks alongside the house! 🙌🏼

Yesterday was an early morning for our guys as they poured and finished 1,600 square feet of concrete!

With the pump truck in place and plenty of hands on deck, the crew worked together to keep everything moving smoothly from the first load to the final finish. It was a big pour, a productive morning, and another great day doing what our guys do best!

There’s no better way to finish out the week than with pouring a foundation!

They got this foundation poured and finished just in time. As soon as they were done, the rain started, and the second they got it covered, it started pouring.
We’re always thankful for the moisture, but the timing could have been a little better!

Thankfully, everything held up beautifully, and Casey said the slab looked awesome when he went back to finish things up today.

The guys have had a productive week tackling a project that’s a little different from our usual builds!

This older modular home was originally placed on a post-and-beam foundation with wood skirting around the exterior. Our crew is removing the old skirting and preparing the area for A J Stone Masonry to install a permanent block foundation beneath the home. Giving it a stronger, more durable foundation for years to come!! 💪🏼
