What a beautiful day to celebrate on Pilot Dogs’ campus!

Pilot Dogs officially cut the ribbon on their new Student Residence building, expanding student housing, along with the new Puppy Palace, which enhances breeding and training operations. These improvements will allow Pilot Dogs to serve more individuals and continue empowering independence for those who are blind or visually impaired.

Lehman Daman is grateful to have served as the construction partner on this project. Congratulations to our project team, Ryan Jestadt, Randy Flugge, and Braxen Spears on delivering two impactful facilities!

Congratulations to Matt Hoy, Senior Account Manager in our Service Division, on his graduation from Leadership Westerville!

This 9-month program brings together professionals from across the community for an in-depth experience focused on civic engagement, collaborative leadership, and a deeper understanding of the organizations, challenges, and opportunities shaping the Westerville area.

Lehman Daman is thrilled to announce that our 2026 beneficiary is Nationwide Children's Hospital Foundation’s
Healthy Neighborhoods, Healthy Families initiative.

100% of the proceeds raised from our pickleball tournament will support affordable housing through their critical South Side Columbus home repair program, helping homeowners safely remain in their homes.

We had a special moment on site this week at Friendship Village of Dublin! As the lobby renovation progresses, the temporary drywall partition we installed to separate the construction area from the occupied space transformed into a canvas.

Residents rolled up their sleeves and painted a vibrant mural together, creating a colorful backdrop that now brightens the hallway for everyone who passes through!
