Civil Construction Company & Environmental Services, LLC opened in 1980 in Westlake Louisiana. We are licensed in Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and work authority in Texas. The main work scope that is pursued by our company is industrial site preparation from clearing, site work, storm drainage, subbase, and base work. We have performed work in every major refinery and petrochemical plant in t

he area in our almost 40 years of business. We currently operate three major borrow sources with fill reserves of 12,000,000 cubic yards.
