Did you know?

Did you know that the primary killer of your central air conditioning unit is a dirty condenser coil?
It’s advised to have the outdoor unit professionally and fully cleaned ANNUALLY.
This does not mean a simple hosing off of the exterior. The coil can hold dirt and debris in the fins where you cannot see it. This blocks airflow, stresses the compressor and lowers cooling efficiency.
We take the outdoor unit apart and clean it from the INSIDE OUT. I’ve been doing this for my clients for 30 years and those who have kept up with regular maintenance STILL have great running equipment.

Severely neglected equipment can run a little more.
I do the best that I can to keep your a/c running at its greatest ability. It’s worth it to protect your equipment as replacing a/c systems has become VERY expensive post covid.
