$200 reward offered for missing Westland cat “Mr. Kitten” last seen near Wildwood Elementary

WESTLAND, MI — A Westland resident is asking for the community’s help in finding her missing cat, Mr. Kitten, who has been missing since December 24.

According to Kelsey Matthews, Mr. Kitten is 6 years old and was last seen in the area of School Street near Wildwood Elementary in Westland. She is offering a $200 cash reward for his safe return and says no questions will be asked.

Mr. Kitten is a black-and-white cat (tuxedo coloring). Anyone with information is asked to call or text 313-427-4787.

Tips that can help when looking for a missing cat:

* Check garages, sheds, porches, crawl spaces, and anywhere a cat could hide.
* Ask neighbors to check cameras, especially overnight footage.
* If you see him, don’t chase. Take a photo, note the exact location, and contact the number above.
