Finishing up a very special project in Orange County. This home was destroyed by fire, but for the owner, it holds deep meaning. Though they own several properties, this was their very first home — the place where their American Dream began. It’s where their children grew up, where memories were made, and where the family’s journey to becoming successful entrepreneurs and pharmacists took root. Beyond their own story, this home also welcomed relatives, helping launch their dreams as new immigrants to the U.S. Rebuilding it has been more than construction — it’s restoring a legacy.

we passed inspection for sewer, water supply, underground gas line and grout for block shear wall.

We started another project 🏡 in city of Buena Park.

Week 1: Completed underground plumbing ✅
Week 2: Completed Foundation and clean up site✅

Lumber will be delivered on Monday and ready to frame next week

Update: As of October 18, 2023, we have successfully cleared the inspection for the footing and are now focused on the slab rebar. The design for this foundation is impressively massive, perhaps even exceeding the necessary requirements.

On the first floor, we will be incorporating an 8ft fully blockwall shear-wall, while opting for wood framing on the second floor. Our team is highly excited about the intricacies and complexities involved in constructing this building. Rest assured, our dedicated crew is putting in their utmost effort to ensure the timely completion of this project.
