A recent crane pick at the National Laboratory of the Rockies highlighted the coordination and expertise of our teams as they rigged, hoisted, and set 10 DOAS units into place, totaling over 150,000 lbs, with the help of RMS Cranes!

Operations like this don’t happen without strong communication, detailed planning, and a commitment to safety. Proud of the crew for making it happen safely and successfully.

As we wrap up Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to continue the conversation around mental health in construction. Through our “Look Out for Your C.R.E.W.” campaign, we focused on building a culture where checking in, speaking up, and supporting one another is part of the job every day. 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️

From early morning gatherings to conversations on jobsites, we connected with teams across MTech and created space for meaningful discussions. The impact goes beyond May, and so does the conversation.

Rolling up our sleeves for a soup’er meaningful cause! 🥣❤️

We’re proud to support Project Our Town’s “Warm Your Heart Bean Soup Project” by packaging 500 pounds of bean soup kits which provides 4,000 servings for Colorado families experiencing food insecurity. These nutritious, shelf-stable meals make a real difference right here in our community. Project Our Town distributes the kits across the state of Colorado, and we were honored not only to package them, but also to personally deliver them to North Denver Cares Food Pantry just down the street from our Westminster office!

It’s amazing what a few hours, a few hands, and a lot of heart can accomplish together. We’re grateful to partner with organizations like Project Our Town to make a meaningful impact close to home.

We are celebrating a historic year for the apprenticeship training program! 🎓🔧

This year’s apprentice graduation marks several exciting milestones for our team:
✨ Our first year of paid daytime training
✨ 27 construction graduates: our largest graduating class to date
✨ The graduation of our first female sheet metal apprentices

We are incredibly proud of every graduate for the dedication, hard work, and perseverance they’ve shown throughout their apprenticeship journey. Their success represents the continued growth of our apprenticeship program and the future of the skilled trades industry!

Our theme this year, 'Look out for your C.R.E.W.', is a reminder that we all have a role in supporting each other. In construction, the demands can be high, and the challenges aren’t always visible. Taking care of your crew means more than watching for hazards, it means checking in, listening, and speaking up when something doesn’t feel right.

A simple conversation can go a long way.
