This equipment is particularly well suited for manufacturing Large Area Maintenance Shelter Panels (LAMS), Oil Booms and Spill Containment Systems, and other large components such as tank liners. Several of our machines are data reporting capable and can validate weld quality. In addition to our complete range of large and small fixed frequency sealers, our specialized equipment inventory includes a computer driven 10Kw 2 cycle RF Sealer, capable of producing mandrel welds used to install tubing in PVC & Urethane medical bags, as well as a 4 post 30KW computer driven 54"x75" double shuttle RF Sealer. With our radio frequency heat sealing equipment, we can manufacture a great variety of products to customer specifications, including PVC catheter bags and other Class I medical devices, which follow CGMP specifications. Our industrial sewing department includes a complete range of programmable sewing equipment including, automatic webbing marking and cutting machines, and modern, computer driven quilting equipment with in-line panel cutter.
