2025-2026 BANQUET 🤤😍

With the school year coming to an end, our Cyberlions did their banquet and had a BLAST as they ate!!! With many awards being given out, our new leadership was also announced. 👀👀👀 This year has been awesome possum with many ups and downs. Even many new members finding a place to call as their second home. With our seniors leaving, it is up to our existing and new members to carry the torch as we head into next years season. I myself am one of those and will be one of the next leaders helping. Thank you for everyone for supporting us throughout our journey as we wrap the school year up and have a great summer!

Being one of the leads for Operations Management, Sofia helps with the art, prop design, and is one of the teams relation mitigator. Coincidentally being my boss, she is without a doubt, an interesting person....😁However, she is also without a doubt, someone who you can trust and rely on. 👀 Lunch Crew and our Cyberlions will miss Sofia as she heads to UC Berkeley. 😢😢😢

As one of the leads for electrical, Trish guides members on wiring the robot and its components. 🔌Her outgoing and quirky personality makes her one of the team's favorite people to hang out with, but beware of her stern alter ego (I think it's js targeted to a lil someone 😢). Trish's obsession with hangyodon causes her to be decked out top to bottom with hangyodon based merchandise. 😂 Lunch crew and Team 8521 will miss the real triple T as she heads out to UCSD for electrical engineering. 💔💔💔

Next up is Ruby!!!! Ruby is one of the leads for the programming subteam, aiding our coders into programming the robot. 🤖 She also creates programs for our team such, as the team website and our scouting app. 🧑‍💻 Her very large pin collection makes her the pin collector of the team, as she wears them during competitions. 👀 Team 8521 will miss Ruby as she heads to UC Berkeley once she graduates. 😢

As his first and last year on the team, our team will miss Huy as he leaves.😢 Being a part of the operations management team, Huy helps with creating the props needed for competitions. 👍 As one of the few members with a motorized vehicle, Huy becomes the uber for many of the people on the team (me 😂). Our Cyberlions will miss triple T as he heads out to UCSD for electrical engineering. 💔

As one of our members in the programming subteam, Henry assists with the creation of the robot's code. 🧑‍💻 Henry's knack for art makes him one of the graphic designers for the team's shirts and stickers, having been the artist for last year's and this year's hoodie and t-shirt design. 🎨 His sense of humor makes him a blast to be around, creating a positive team environment. 🗣️ Our Cyberlions will miss Henry as he heads to UCSD for computer science as he graduates. 😢

Emily’s work as a co-lead for mechanical allows her to help others working on building the robot. 🔨Being one of the pit crew captains during competition, Emily aids with the fixing of the physical robot as it heads out to matches. 🤖👷 Team 8521 wishes Emily the best as she heads to UC Berkeley!! 😀

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: RAYMOND LE 😍👀‼️

Raymond's contributions to team 8521 represent his drive for excellence and his passion for learning new things. 🤙 Being the vice lead for programming, Raymond assists with the robot's code as well as being the main driver for the robot during competitions. 🖥️🧑‍💻 His infamous niche of being a top cook in FRC makes him the main chef during fundraisers and "cookouts" at team bonding events. 🤤🧑‍🍳 Team 8521 will miss Raymond and his awesome burgers and udons as he graduates soon! 🥲
