Update: SOLD!

Those little chicks will soon be appearing in your local stores! Don’t buy them until you have a place to put them - they grow up fast! But we have good news - this brand new adorable double-decker loft coop is now $1000. This coop is designed to hold 5-6 chickens and is perfect for your backyard! (It also would work for rabbits!)

There is a trap door in the floor with a ramp that allows chickens to go down below and stretch but still protects them from your neighbor’s dog! At night, they go into their shelter, and you can make sure they stay safe by closing the guillotine door with a pulley from the outside.

There are a couple of nest boxes inside the shelter as well so that you can easily collect the eggs!

Delivery is available, or you can pick it up yourself!

Those of you who have been following us for a while will remember the old western style buildings that we built for an agritainment farm in southern California. This past week the owner finally sent us just a few pictures of how they turned out with the rest of the decorations on them and in them. This is the Saloon and the Sheriff’s office. When he sends us more pictures, we’ll be sure to share them!

We have good news! Herman’s House at Westphalia Trading Co. is under contract to be sold and the new owners are going to keep it as a vacation rental house! We will post more information when the closing happens. In the meantime, know that your future reservations will be honored!
