While most know me for Residential Architecture, I occasionally take on special interest projects that lift up communities as well as families and individuals. As Project Architect for Dover Station [Easton, MD] - transforming an abandoned Historic Structure into a modern market and event place - we had our challenges with preserving the original brick and timber interiors while complying with today's stringent building, accessibility and energy codes. A huge thanks to Developer Sevan Topjian for the opportunity to collaborate with you, Designer Dennis Fletcher, and Code Guru Greg Grew!
