Seadoo 300 shortblock build using Darton Sleeves, 103mm forged JE pistons and the Molnar Long connecting rod. The block also has ARP main studs which was aligned honed.

Here are 2 pictures of a combustion chamber on a Yamaha SVHO cylinder head. The first one came from a well known shop as a refreshed cylinder head. Upon initial inspection, the head failed a vacuum test so cleaning and disassembly was required. The one next to it is a refresh done here, at Eastside Powersports. It’s amazing what people are paying big money for and what they’re actually getting.

Up next is a Yamaha SVHO cylinder head in for some bronze guides, +1mm Valves and Viton seals. Guides were installed, reamed with a carbide reamer and diamond honed for that perfect clearance.
