As we approach spring time and begin to turn the A/C back on, this is a good time to consider having your HVAC system cleaned and serviced. Keeping your coils, blowers, and drain lines cleaned can help save you from repairs in the future.

Just a reminder; remember throughout the summer months to check your filters monthly. Also having a wet/dry vacuum for slow draining drain lines is always a good idea.

With the upcoming weather forecast for our area we would just like to pass along some information regarding heat pump systems.

If you notice your heat pump system struggling to heat your home you may want to turn your system to "Emergency heat" to see if that helps for your comfort.

Happy Fall, whew, we made it through another Florida summer! Time to enjoy the other side of Florida’s weather, cooler and less humidity. Some of you were able to avoid costly repairs on your air conditioning system and some may have struggled with deciding on eating a meal or paying to repair your comfort machine. Most decide on the latter, dealing with Florida’s relentless humidity, who can blame you. Now that your comfort machine can relax a bit, maybe it could use some maintenance. Cleaning of the coils, fan, and drain lines could save you some money on your electric bill. Either way, it’s a good time to have it serviced and prepare it for another Florida summer.
