This Homeowners deck was in need of repair.

We removed their old 12x26 deck, and replaced with a brand new 12x18 beautiful deck.

Installing new footers. Using pressure treated framing, new composite decking, new composite handrails, posts, caps and skirts.

Just in time for the summer! ☀️

We hope they are enjoying the weather!

We replaced all of the handrails on this beautiful deck with AZEK Exteriors that we purchased through our friends at Hingham Lumber Company.

We also added a subtle yet beautiful lattice detail to the windows below the deck to add more privacy. ⠀
⠀

We removed old paneling and carpet. ⠀
⠀
Installed new laminate flooring, trim and baseboards throughout two new six panel doors, built new custom cabinets. ⠀
⠀
Reworked the existing windows.⠀
⠀
And painted the walls, trim, and ceiling to brighten up the space! ⠀
⠀
Whew! Still with us? 😅 ⠀
⠀
This once dreary and cold basement became a bright and cozy family room, all thanks to our amazing team! ⠀
