This Evergreen furnace had more going on than a plugged intake. A chipmunk had blocked the fresh-air pipe, the control board and gas valve had failed, and we found heavy rust on the heat exchanger and burners.

Getting a new furnace running is only part of the job—checking and adjusting it to make sure it’s operating correctly matters just as much.

The sunroom and family room in this Golden home were tough to keep at a comfortable temperature. The homeowners wanted to enjoy both spaces without constantly adjusting the thermostat.

We installed a Daikin mini split heat pump with a wall-mounted unit in each room, bringing heating and cooling directly to the areas that needed it. Now they can adjust the temperature in each space to suit how they use it.
