Hiring Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
*Coordinate daily office operations.
*Maintain effective communication within company.
*Manage office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary
*Maintain filing system
*Managing incoming phone calls.
*Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
*Efficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office: Excel, Word
Effective organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Strong Computer Skills Necessary with the ability to quickly learn new software program.
