This was a fun project doing all landscaping ,design- building retaining walls and painting front brown entry gables and pavilion out back them the screen room patio and painting threwout rooms inside awhile back for ceo of local bank before he retired,sold & moved south. I loved trimming yearly as the boxwoods along driveway was big up top and got smaller as went to bottom.

Will make a post of entire house before and after but had to post this kitchen remodel as I love it 💪🏼❤️ New flooring threwout, new outlets,lights, cabinets re finished with new hardware, new butcher block stained and sealed with undermount sink and faucet to match hinges-handles, new plumbing under sink and wiring for dishwasher, with a fresh new white subway tile backsplash. Absolutely beautiful look they was aiming for. Gta put 1 outlet covers on,curtains and decorative tint on windows in kitchen to complete the look.

Upkeep on a big landscape job we shaped, removed old hedges and installed all new last year and did a underground power-water line for water fountain on float to automatically fill up itselfs if water gets low and dusk to dawn timer with few ton river gravel around it, this time we did Some w**ding,fresh edging and re shaping deleting a few spots of mulch making easier for grass cutting guys and a smaller mulch bed adding rapid grass tilled in and hay ontop as client didn't want sod planted or grass fabric, added few new shrubs and fresh mulch threwout with some preen ontop. We had no w**ds really from our season w**d spray we used last year.

Out with the old leaking copper and gold shower valve-head & installed new pex crimped in with 2 new mixer valves,shower heads and tub spouts in chrome & drilled hole in attic to tie new line to a light switch to add a ceiling fan in a much needed dark living room with no light at all making a much brighter living room making it even more beautiful in there freshly painted entire house we did
