📣Hey followers and renewable energy supporters!
We wanted to take a moment to announce that we will back away from using Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Twitter/X for social media communication. We will be deleting our Twitter/X accounts.

For two reasons, simply put, these channels:
1- Do not align with our ethical standards.
2- Are not valuable modes of outreach to connect with our audience.

This does not reflect any judgement on anyone that does continue to use those platforms – this action is intended to align our corporate brand and values with our social media outreach.

We encourage all of you to engage with our company brands on LinkedIn – share, like and comment on our posts, and also post your own thoughts and connect with others. Authentic personal connections with others working towards a brighter future in clean energy and socially responsible business are the best way to grow our business. We plan to use LinkedIn as our primary social platform where we can build trust and strong relationships with valued partners in the digital space.

While our teams are busy finishing several projects before the year end, we wanted to take a moment to thank you for a great year. 2024 brought lots of new opportunities and a few challenges, and we continue to build on our strengths with our team of passionate experts to finish off the year in a great position. We're looking forward to the future of renewables in 2025 and beyond!

Despite wide support and loads of evidence that net metering does not add additional cost burdens to ratepayers, net metering is under scrutiny by regulators. 😞

An agreement among utilities, generators, and clean energy advocates didn’t quell skeptical questioning by state utility regulators, who are focused heavily on whether there is a cost burden for other ratepayers.

Check out the latest update about the 2.2 MW single axis tracker system we're building in Berlin, VT. This is one three projects Norwich Solar will EPC (engineer, procure, construct) for Standard Solar. It is the first time the company has installed single axis tracker systems, and this is also the first project Laura Parkes has worked on for Norwich Solar since her hiring in June. She brings a wealth of solar experience to help this project go smoothly!
