We service the entire metro area, north Georgia, and parts of TN and AL. We build standard and custom new and used pallets and recycle broken pallets.

Buscando personas trabajadoras que puedan manejar de 8 a 10 horas de trabajo manual físico. Looking for hardworking individuals that can handle 8-10 hours of physical manual labor. These positions start paying $15/hour while you learn the job for 30 days then switch to piecework AKA you get paid by the pallet you build or repair. If you learn earlier than 30 days we will switch you earlier. We will pay you whichever way you will make more money. Our current hard workers make anywhere from $1000-1800 a week. It all depends on how hard you work/how fast you get. Hours are 6am - 2:30pm. Some days we may work until 4:30 if needed. We work Saturday mornings as needed from 6-11am.

Class A CDL driver wanted for growing manufacturing company in White, GA 30184. Local runs day shift. Must have 53' dry van and flatbed experience. 99% dry van runs, occasional flatbed run. Rotating Saturday morning required - rotates weekly so it is not every weekend. Hours range from 40-60+ each week. Time and a half after 40 hrs. 3 years experience required. Must have clean MVR and be able to pass a drug screen. Overtime available.

$1,000 signing bonus after 90 days.

A family business

In 1968, Robert Waters (senior), a truck driver outside of Boston, decided to start his own pallet company. He noticed that there was money to be made off of the pallets left on his truck after runs. New England Pallet Company was started in his garage. It didn’t take long for it to take off. The pallet company was very successful and Robert brought his son, Robert, better known as Bob, in to work for him. Bob started working in pallets at age 13 and has been in the business ever since.

In 1995, Bob moved his family to Canton, Georgia. He began to work for local businessman Robert McKinney at his roof and floor truss company, Heritage Roof Truss. Robert learned of Bob’s background in pallets and decided to start Heritage Pallets, Inc. Bob earned his way to the General Manager position in 2001 and has been there ever since, earning Bob almost 45 years of industry experience.

Bob started bringing his eldest daughter, Stephanie, in to work in the office during her summers off in high school. This eventually turned into a full time position in her early 20’s and morphed into a sales position in 2012. Stephanie has been in the industry for 12 years now.

Robert, the owner of Heritage Pallets voiced his desire to retire earlier this year. Bob and Stephanie decided to approach him about buying the company and the three were able to work out a deal that worked for everyone. Bob and Stephanie are excited to grow and expand the company and make it a family business their family will be proud of for generations to come.
