Here’s a look at the progress on this 2-story pool house we have going up!

This project will feature a 480 sqft garage and 2,100 sqft of living space, making it the perfect spot for overnight guests, family gatherings, and entertaining by the pool!

This 3,600 sqft shop is just about wrapped up! The metal shell and electrical are complete, and we’re moving on to the finishing touches. Next up is spray foam insulation, followed by final grading, a new driveway, and a parking area out front. We’re getting closer to another project ready for our customer to enjoy! 💪

This customer’s old wood-framed shop was a victim of the ice storm, but we’re proud to have given him something built to withstand whatever Mother Nature throws at it.

His new shop was finished out with a complete electrical package, spray foam insulation, and a full flake flooring system featuring a polyurea basecoat and polyaspartic topcoat.

In addition to the main barn, we built a second structure dedicated to hay and shavings storage, along with a 20’×30’ workshop, creating a complete equine facility.

This custom 40' x 90' horse barn shell for Luke and Brianne Gagnon is complete and ready for them to begin their DIY interior finish-out. Designed with both functionality and longevity in mind, this barn includes dedicated spaces for a wash rack, stock area, tack/lab room, and office, creating the perfect foundation for an equine facility.

We can't wait to see our hardworking customer's vision come to life as they complete the interior.

Four months after the ice storm, we’re still receiving calls about damaged structures. On this project, the damage extended beyond the building itself—the existing slab was cracked and settling, so it had to be removed as well. Soon, this customer will have a new metal-framed shop built to stand the test of time and serve them for years to come.

A simple upgrade that completely changed the look of both of these horse barns. We replaced the old doors with new custom ones featuring glass upper panels that allow natural light to flow in, creating a huge difference both inside and out.
