Open Position for:
Civil Site Superintendent
Job duties include:
- Supervise multiple excavation, grading and utility projects.
- Scheduling and coordinating day to day operations of the site for GC and owner projects per plans and specs.
- Direct the foreman and crew employees on sites.
-Coordinate to handle material and equipment deliveries.
- Ensure projects are on schedule and meeting production requirements.
- Serve as direct contact for subcontractors, inspectors and clients to align operations.
- Will document daily reports, crew hours, track daily costs and material quantities.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
-5+ years verifiable superintendent experience in full civil site work. (Clearing, grading, excavation, storm, water and sewer utility install)
-Ability to read and translate blueprint drawings
-Strong mathematical and spatial aptitude for cut/fill operations and pipe percentages.
-Exceptional leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills.
-Safety training: OSHA certified, CPR, Competent person, Trenching and Excavation, Confined Space and current GSWCC certification.
