Removed moisture damaged floor insulation, clean out, 20 mil reinforced barrier, installed french drains, sump pump, built pvc crawl door, R10 wall insulation that has been treated with a termiticide (ICC ES AC239), piers wrapped, inspection gaps present, installed crawl space dehumidifier with a condensate pump, sealed vents, humidity monitor.

Before and after. Removed non reinforced barrier. Internal french drains installed, removed floor insulation, two sumps, termite resistant bora foam board with termiticide and a film on both sides that acts as a wall v***r barrier, while adding an R-10 value on foundation walls installed - drilled, cut to fit, and secured to wall (not just plastic on walls). Total encap with industrial grade dehumidifier and condensate pump. 12 mil reinforced barrier installed. Termite inspection gaps present. A few other pics from various job sites as well. 10 mil, 12 mil, 15 mil, and 20 mil available. Non reinforced or reinforced. Warranties vary based on choice.

Floor insulation removed, french drains, sump pump, bora wall insulation, 20 mil reinforced barrier, new crawl door, total encap with dehumidifier. Throwing plastic on the wall is not a true encapsulation. Notice the 2.5” wall insulation that the floor liner is secured to. All our foam board is drilled and secured to the foundation. Not just plastic on a wall. Full encapsulation involves insulated walls as well.

Total encapsulation with termite resistant bora foam board on walls, 2.5” thick (not lowes foam board). Foundation walls drilled and secured wall insulation. Installed French drains, 2 sump pumps, 2 dehumidifiers. 12 mil reinforced barrier. Inspection gaps for termites at the top of piers and walls. Electrician added lights in entire crawl space.
