Ten years ago, we lost a leader, a mentor, and the heart of T&K Asphalt Services, our late owner Kevin Gosnell, after his courageous battle with ALS.

While we miss Kevin every single day, his legacy continues to live on through our team, our work, and the values he built this company on, Integrity, dedication, hard work, and taking care of our customers and each other.

Every project we complete carries a piece of Kevin’s vision and the foundation he created. We are honored to continue growing T&K while staying true to the principles that made him so proud.

We’re looking for hardworking individuals to join our crew and help keep New England’s parking lots safe and looking their best.

Position Responsibilities:
✅ Crack sealing
✅ Sealcoating & line striping
✅ Equipment maintenance
✅ Sweeping & jobsite cleanup
✅ Night and weekend work required
✅ Out-of-state travel may be required

Qualifications:
✔ Class D License
✔ OSHA 10+ preferred
✔ Commitment to following safety policies
✔ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
✔ Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. throughout the day
✔ Must be available for snow season work
