✨Trex Deck Transformation 🏡✨ From outdated to outstanding!

This backyard just received a major upgrade with a brand-new Trex composite deck! 🔨

We replaced the old, weathered deck with a beautiful, low-maintenance Trex decking system designed to provide years of durability, comfort, and outdoor enjoyment.

For this client, we were able to save them thousands of dollars by preserving the existing structural joists because they were still in excellent condition.

Instead of a complete tear-out, we installed beautiful new Trex composite decking and stained the existing fascia boards to perfectly complement the new deck.

Keith Griffin, Co-Owner and General Contractor, began his construction career at just 19 years old. A carpenter by trade, Keith learned the craft at an early age under the guidance of his uncle, who instilled in him the values of hard work, integrity, and quality craftsmanship. What started as a hands-on trade evolved into a lifelong career dedicated to building exceptional homes that stand the test of time. In addition to his extensive experience, Keith holds the NASCLA Accredited General Contractor (GC) License, demonstrating his commitment to professionalism, industry knowledge, and excellence in residential construction.

Meredith Griffin, Co-Owner and Project Manager, brings more than five years of real estate experience to the team. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to provide for her family, Meredith took her career to the next level by becoming the Broker-in-Charge of her own real estate firm, allowing her to invest fully in her business and keep 100% of her hard-earned commissions within her family. Her expertise in real estate, communication, and project coordination helps guide clients seamlessly through the home-building process.

Together, Keith and Meredith have embraced a quality-over-quantity approach, choosing to focus on craftsmanship, relationships, and creating homes that families will cherish for generations.
