Haigood & Campbell LLC is looking to hire for the Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team at our Archer City location. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.

The various duties may include:
Process/review accounts payable and open items reports
Accounts Payable
Journal entries
Account reconciliations
Invoice/expense coding (daily)
Lubricants (purchase/transfer/reclass – daily)
Tank monitoring
Reconcile oil inventory (monthly)
Maintain Safety Data Sheets (as needed)
Update & distribute oil product code binder (as needed)
DOT/truck inspections
RCC access/calculate monthly commissions
IFTA reporting & reconciliation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
