Our newest floor plan is ready to. We will be building a spec @ watermake division wichita.
This plans has lots of features starting from 3 side loaded Garage, big walk-in Pantry, main floor Laundry, covered back Deck, large Master bathroom, large Masters Closet, wide Island for the Kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Horn Lake is moving along as planned. Framing underway, floor trusses installed.. Yes! Roof trusses ready to go. We are trying to have this spec feature in 2021 wichita parade of homes.

White Back Splash of our Olive Branch Floor Plan. Just done beautifully. Our home owner will enjoy this look for years to come. The window! Its massive, bring lots of air and light into the kitchen. Let me know what you think. We are about build a redesign Olive branch and we will be happy to hear your opinion.
