There was a recent report out of the UK that found that 57% of tradepeople experience delays in their work because of poorly maintained components. 51% said that rusted and stuck parts commonly slowed down or stopped their work. And 48% reported that having to clean the parts also delayed things.

While this data comes out of the UK, it's still very much relevant to what we deal with here in the States. And it's one of the reasons why we push for scheduled preventative maintenance. Not only do you save money on repairs with a maintenance plan, it helps speed up the time to perform repairs when they arise.

To keep air quality high, do these things regularly:
- Replace filters
- Clean vents
- Remove outside debris around units
- Check thermostat for issues
- Look for leaks
