Everyone has heard “It’s hard to stop a Trane”… but it can be done if regular maintenance isn’t performed. This compressor was overworked due to dirty coils and needs replaced.

This Aaon RTU has had a rough life but she’s still kicking. Just needed a little TLC.

This customers concrete pad broke causing the AC to pull away from the house and putting too much strain on the valves....

This customers concrete pad broke causing the AC to pull away from the house and putting too much strain on the valves.
I temporarily disconnected the unit while they fixed the pad.
Everything turned out great. I’m happy we were able to get them fixed before anything got damaged.

I’m not the best at updating the website but one of my goals is to make it more interactive.
