Kevin, our service supervisor, puts it simply. If he had to start over, he would still choose the trades. Why? Because this work is hands-on, problem-solving, and built on real expertise. It is not something you can fully automate or replace.

There is long-term stability here. There is pride in the work. And there is always demand for people who can actually go out and get it done.
