Spiral staircase was in terrible shape and a huge safety hazard that the customer wasn’t aware of how bad it really was. We replaced 4’ of the main support post, new larger floor plate, and 4 hand rail post’s, 2 of which extended to the concrete for support. After we got done the stabilization difference was noticed immediately and everything was back in working order! (Larger diameter pipe was used because the customer did not want to wait on 3” pipe with a 2 week arrival time)

No project is too big or too small, we enjoy helping every customer!
We recently wrapped up a couple of smaller repair jobs. One customer needed modifications to some 6x6 post brackets for a carpentry project. The original design caused the mounting screws to interfere, so we cut one side off, repositioned it, and lowered it an inch to provide the necessary clearance.
Another customer brought in a bar stool with a couple of broken welds. We repaired the welds and added a little extra reinforcement to make it stronger than before.

Customer brought in a roll-off dumpster after it was damaged on a job site. The impact bent the door latch, hinges, and warped the top rail, leaving the doors out of alignment. We straightened the latch, pulled the walls back into position, added reinforced gussets for strength, then realigned and reinstalled the doors so everything functions properly again.

A customer brought us a boat with a damaged transom that was allowing the outboard motor to flex and crack the fiberglass.
We fabricated custom reinforcement plates for both the inside and outside of the transom, spreading the load across the solid fiberglass instead of the damaged area.

Customer rolled in with his dump trailer in urgent need of repair, he needed it back the next day. The latches that hold the doors open when dumping and that holds the door shut while in transport were busted up and broke. We fabricated and installed new latches to secure those doors in both positions.
