- Favorite time of day: Mornings! I especially enjoy quiet mornings on the water, getting ready to fish or just starting the day out on the boat. I also appreciate the peaceful mornings in the office before everyone gets started.

- Three things you can't live without: my husband, Cory; my kids, grandkids, and family; and, of course, coffee!

- The best thing that has happened to you in the past year: One of my most adventurous experiences has been getting out on the water and learning to drive our bass boat. Taking little steps -- from driving the truck with the boat behind it to Kentucky Lake to eventually driving the boat itself. I also helped start the first-ever Oklahoma Lady Anglers Team Tournament, encouraging more women to get involved in fishing. It was outside my comfort zone, but it was a lot of fun, incredibly rewarding, and something I’m proud to have accomplished.

- Advice to live by: Believe in yourself and have the confidence to try new things, even when they feel outside your comfort zone. You may surprise yourself with what you can accomplish.

Decker Holding Company's Conoco c-store almost doubled its fuel sales when its leadership asked Hoidale to help them transform its aging location on West Street in Wichita.
