50 years ago, our grandma Oliva Hampel and our grandpa A.W. started what would become Hampel Oil with hard work, determination, and a vision for their family and community.
Oliva wasn’t just part of the story — she helped build the foundation from the very beginning. Her strength, support, and dedication helped shape the company into what it is today. Our grandma was one of the strongest, most caring women you could ever know. She poured her heart into her family and into helping build the business from the ground up. Through every challenge and every success, she was there with unwavering support, kindness, and strength. She had a way of making everyone feel welcomed, valued, and loved, and those qualities became part of the foundation of Hampel Oil itself.
It’s incredible to look back on 50 years of family, business, and legacy and know it all started with two people willing to take a chance together. We are so proud to carry on the name and the values they built. ❤️
