Introducing Jason Carman, President of Great Plains Industries!

Jason is an experienced industrial business leader with expertise in product development, commercial leadership, strategy, and general management. He joins Great Plains Industries with more than 20 years of experience leading technology and industrial businesses.

Most recently, Jason served as Global Managing Director and General Manager at Ingersoll Rand, where he led the global Specialty Business Unit across operations in the U.S. and U.K.

Jason began his career as a design engineer at Garmin and has since held leadership roles with Grundfos, Milton Roy, and Ingersoll Rand. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about developing people, building high-performing teams, serving customers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

He is excited to join Great Plains Industries, build upon the company's strong global foundation, and help accelerate its next phase of growth while delivering lasting value to customers.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys volunteering at his church, tackling home renovation projects, and, most importantly, spending time with his wife and two children.

Jason holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from South Dakota State University and an MBA from the University of Kansas.
