When LaMar's Donuts and Coffee wanted a drive-thru and the owner of a North Rock Road strip center wanted a fresh look, we got creative. The solution? Demo half the building. 🏗️

Now there’s space for a new, standalone tenant, and LaMar’s gets the end cap they dreamed of. 🍩 Half the building gone, twice the value delivered, now that's a win.

After decades at their iconic downtown location, Stonebrook Church Maize (formerly Metropolitan Baptist Church) has moved to northwest Wichita. Their new facility includes a multipurpose gym for worship services, a large lobby, a coffee bar, educational spaces, and childcare. We can't wait to see them grow in this new community!
