AMR Steel & Supply is looking for another set of hands in the yard.
We’re hiring a Yard Attendant to help load and unload material, assist customers, organize inventory, and keep things moving around the shop and yard. Forklift experience is preferred, but we can train and certify the right person. Driving experience is a plus, but this is primarily a yard position.
Pay is based on experience.
Apply in person at:
1028 E 21st Street N.
Wichita, KS 67214
Questions? Give us a call at 316-558-9990.
If you know someone dependable who isn’t afraid of a little work, tag them or send this their way.

Still looking for trailer fenders? We’ve got ’em.
These aluminum fenders have been hanging around the yard for a little while, but we’ve still got a solid supply of both single-axle and tandem-axle styles ready to go.
Building a trailer? Replacing a damaged fender? Got a project that needs something a little different? There may be a pretty good deal sitting right here waiting for you.
We’ve still got roughly a pallet of the singles and a couple pallets of the doubles — but surplus inventory doesn’t last forever.
Come take a look and see what’ll work for your project.

Big plate. Small plate. Weird plate. Useful plate.
That’s kind of how it goes around here.
We keep a rotating selection of steel plate in all kinds of shapes, sizes, and thicknesses, and there’s usually more hiding in the yard than you’d expect.
Need something for a project? Come walk the racks and see what fits.
You never know what you’ll find at AMR.

THIS is why you have to keep an eye on AMR!
Around 50 decorative steel fence panels came through the yard, including a gate, and at just $30 per panel they won’t hang around long!
These have some rust and deterioration along the bottoms, but there's still a lot of usable material here for someone willing to do a little cutting and fabrication. No posts included — just a great example of the kind of unusual surplus that shows up around here.
Deals like this can disappear fast, so when you see something you can use, don’t wait too long!

You never know what you’ll find at AMR!
This time around, it’s a Raise3D Pro2 Plus 3D printer.
Definitely not our usual steel, surplus, or industrial equipment find—but that’s kind of the point. Interesting equipment and unexpected items come through AMR all the time, and sometimes you just have to come look around to see what’s hiding here.
Whether you’re hunting for material, equipment, shop supplies, or something completely unexpected… there’s usually something worth checking out.

You never really know what you’re going to find at AMR…
Case in point — this heavy-duty industrial platform just made its way into the yard!
Big, built tough, and definitely not something we see every day. We get all kinds of unique surplus through here, and half the fun is seeing what shows up next.
If you haven’t wandered through AMR lately, you might be surprised what you find.

Something a little different at AMR!

We’ve got a limited assortment of computer and office accessories available right now, including keyboards, mice, docking stations, power supplies, cables, cords, monitors, displays and more.

This definitely isn’t our usual steel-and-surplus lineup, but that’s half the fun around here — you never know what might turn up.

Quantities and styles vary, and there’s too much to show in one post, so come take a look and see what you can find before it’s gone!
