Our trade partners handle the big scopes. You handle the work that decides how a job ends: trim and doors, punch lists, warranty calls, and small jobs you run start to finish across new builds, remodels, and commercial.

The job:
🔨 Trim and finish carpentry, door and hardware installs, drywall patch and paint, tile repair, fixture swaps
✅ Close punch lists on our remodels, new builds, and tenant improvements
🏢 Service calls for our commercial accounts
🪚 Install cabinets and millwork from our Wichita shop

The person:
✅ Carpentry is your trade; competent at the finish work around it, honest about what needs a licensed sub
✅ You catch the gap, the drip, the proud screw, and you fix it before you leave
✅ Works alone off a scope; photos uploaded, time coded daily
✅ Courteous and presentable in occupied homes and open businesses

📍 Full time hourly, Wichita KS
💰 $24 to $30/hr based on skill, plus a monthly quality bonus, plus benefits

💰 $50k base + 7% uncapped commission on collected revenue; realistic year one $85k to $110k, strong producers exceed it. Plus benefits.
