We are building luxury small homes now! Everything that one would expect in a full-sized home only smaller. These homes are built on movable foundations, not wheels, home movers are required for transport. They come with intuitive floorplans that are loaded with custom cabinets, granite countertops, hardwood floors, tongue and groove walls on top of their fully insulated, traditional framing package including engineered roof trusses. They are move-in ready before they leave our facility for their forever locations.
Check out this one already under construction! Yes, that's steel between the boards welded with brackets for the base frame. The floor joists for this 16'x44' home will be connected with 408 bolts, washers and nuts. Once on location, this frame will be secured to its foundation. Construction of the floor will be ongoing through the week with framing to follow. We will keep you updated.
