These clients had a concrete slab addition on their patio that they never liked. It was cracking and spalling and all around, poorly crafted. So we ripped it out to make room for some beautiful new pavers. We also addressed a few drainage issues in the process with the addition of both a French drain and a 5-foot deep dry well to route the drain and gutters into. Now they can enjoy their patio and yard without anymore worries of flooding during heavy rains.

We had this old deck torn down in under an hour because it was that ready for replacement. Now this client can enjoy her outdoor space again, with peace of mind, for decades to come.

Another big project completed last week. After seeing what can be accomplished with Vuba Stone, between design, borders, lights and colors.. this client opted for a simple and clean look as to not steal the show from his beautiful,new, barn-style, 2 story garage. As much as we would like to show off our design capabilities, we don't blame him one bit. This driveway is fully permeable and does not count towards his 35% impervious structure limit, leaving him an open book to build his new lake house next year. We are proud to be able to build driveways and patios that don't add any stormwater or nasty blacktop runoff to our beautiful lakes here in Pennsylvania. Contrary to popular belief, crushed 2a stone does not drain very well. We're removing it from this driveway to make way for a clean draining 2b base. We'll be installing our fully permeable Vuba Mac system. Stay tuned!

What a transformation on this pool deck. We ground the whole surface to clean it up and smooth transitions from shifted concrete, removed and rebuilt the old dried up expansion joints, sealed all cracks and joints to prevent further shifting from water intrusion, ensured we had good run-off on the entire surface, layed our structural reinforcement mesh followed by some beautiful Pont Du Gard vuba stone.
