Terry Bennett has been elected the upcoming President of Wilkes University's Chapter of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. TJ will work with his peers to represent the Mechanical Engineers on campus and to the Anthracite-Lehigh Valley Section of ASME. During the 2019-2020 school year, TJ took the initiative to be on the ASME Executive Board to learn all of the duties that the current seniors completed so he would be able to effectively preserve and enhance one of the largest clubs on campus. Over the next year, TJ will be leading the Wilkes Engineering Community by planning site tours, community service events, along with monthly meetings and fundraisers to support Wilkes University's ASME 2021 Car Show all while working as a Mechanical Design Intern at Borton-Lawson in the Life Cycle Solutions group. We thank TJ for his dedication and look forward to seeing how he evolves the ASME Club in the 2020-2021 school year!
