EDIT: Finished concrete driveway with Linear drain and also dug out and put a modified driveway in for the neighbor and finished up with topsoil, seed, fertilizer, lime, and the straw matting.
This is a job of an existing garage that we tore down completely. We dug, formed, and poured new footings. Then built a new foundation out of concrete block. After framing walls and roofs we finished it off with Mastic T5 vinyl shakes and Pennsylvania cultured ledge stone to finish off the foundation. After finishing the garage, we brought in topsoil to regrade the whole back yard and put down grass seed, lime, and starter fertilizer. We stapled down straw matting instead of hay to help keep it from blowing away and washing out. We are also ripping out the 90' long blacktop driveway and are forming and pouring a new concrete driveway with a linear driveway drain piped out to the back of the garage.
