Please don't run your system while sanding. Just because it is a "high efficiency filter" doesn't mean you shouldn't keep it clean. If you don't have a new filter then shop vac the old one. This can get you through until you get a new one. Or call us....but mainly, don't run it while deliberately stiring up debris. The filters are there to protect other components ontop of providing better air quality. They're not there to constantly collect saw dust. We suggest using a dust collector or a shopvac attachment.
Your unit and hvac guy will thank you and this will help prolong the life of your system.

Changed the brand up on this one upon customer preference. it was as close as we could get to TRANE so I give you Ox Box. Customer loves it and thats what matters to me. I will always stand behind Luxaire and Bosch but Customers are #1 and so I will do everything i can to give ya what you want. Ok this one isn't on you guys. This is what a unit looks like that hasn't been truly taken apart and deep cleaned in a long time, if ever. I tell you guys "Change those filters" and "hose down the outdoor". But when there is a sasquatch hugging your outdoor unit, thats when you need some one like us, to use ancient magic to remove bigfoots cousin and get you in proper working order. So if you notice your unit starting to look like teen wolf give us a shout!

Yes we are still open and yes we are still awful at posting 😅. So we will start with this one where, unfortunately, their wasn't money in the budget for the duct work. But we were able to give them a install that will last the test of time; and who knows maybe in a year or two we will get updated pics with the true Dollar Bill's Stamp of Approval 😁. At the end of the day this is still a solid install with some extremely happy clients. Thank you Kathleen Macallister for your continued Business.
