Full Job Description
Robo Construction is looking for an ambitious and energetic Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee projects from signed contract to completion.Schedule, shop drawings, material list, cut list, Red line redraws, prints for shop & field- both Preliminary/approved.Maintain production board.Discuss ways of fabricating & installing project with sales, drafting, and shop.Main contact for projects before field team gets involved, then split duties.Work with purchasing and shop to determine when to order materials.Oversee shop & field supervisors.Assist estimators in bidding projects.Interpret codes and apply where needed.Get and track samples going to contractors.Take photos for project of the month.*Authorized signer for airport badges.*Work with office for monthly billing.Co-ordinate safety training.
Requirements:
relevant: 5 years (Preferred)Management: 2 years (Preferred)Metal Fabrication: 5 years (Preferred)Communication and negotiation skillsTime management and planning skills
