Mr. Martin’s new front yard is coming along nicely!! Just a little more sod to go down, and another happy customer with a yard he can now enjoy and easily maintain!! What once was a steep ditch, now is smooth with 60’ of drainage culvert underneath. All to code and with clean outs / drains!. Grateful to get to work with Alec with Texas Landscape and curbing (https://texaslandscapecurbing.com) who was awarded the job. He’s a good man and has good people working for him. Don’t hesitate to call on either of us!! Also a special shout out to Mr. David at Hawkins Farms (https://m.facebook.com/farms.hawkins) who personally delivered about 42 yards of fill dirt for us to play with!! 😄 Pics coming as soon as F/B will let me!! 😜

Completed the project today!! And also gained a good friend!! The customer!! The kicker is,.. the owner had the property fo sale and was in the process of making some improvements to the property, when along came ‘Andrew’.. Andrew was driving by as I was working on the property and decided to take a look. Short ending,.. it sold the same day!! The current owner and Andrew are tickled!! Funny how things work out like that!! Take a look at pics of the finished project!

Culvert went in today!!

4’ x 8’ x 5’ septic pit, and 100’ long driveway with new culvert and access on 10 acres near Trinity! It’s a haul, but well worth it. Beautiful country out there!

Here’s a few pics from yesterday’s job. Horrible back leaner, guessing about 15%, and pressing against a neighbors fence and leaning in the direction of their home. Solicited the help of my buddy Micah with Everything Exterior. He has a shirt that says “Chainsaw dust is man glitter”. Nuff said. Tree came down without death or destruction!

Finished up at the Hendricksons today with the Volvo SD 45, thanks to my new buddy Tom. I’m sure the Hendrickson’s will be pleased. Their pond is almost full thanks to the drains we put in in strategic places, and their dogs are gonna love it this summer! What a fun project for some terrific people!!
