Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shop hand/technician at Confluence Energy Services LLC. The Shop hand/technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, troubleshooting, forklift operation, and effective communication with team members. The role involves handling a variety of tasks related to equipment maintenance and repair.

Qualifications
• Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication skills
• Forklift certification or training is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant technical certification or training is a plus
• Knowledge of safety protocols in a workshop environment
